#2 Build a content system - Much needed suggestion for me. I started a newsletter one month back and it's been difficult to maintain a weekly frequency. It feels like I might burn out soon.

Will read more details on how to break a single newsletter into 7 social media posts on Welsh's website. Thanks for sharing.

Q: What would be an example for a contrarian post?

Thanks Nikhil - here's a good example of a contrarian post about AI: https://twitter.com/petergyang/status/1680961363731173376?s=20

I enjoyed and found your newsletter to be helpful. Writing brings me joy because I love sharing and helping people to learn better. I just struggle to gain traction.

Glad you enjoy it! It's a long term investment - I was under 1,000 subscribers for the first year.

Really loved this post. I think helps frame actionable items for me to focus on. Encouraged by the examples of people growing even though they didn't have a large social media following. Definitely going to try to do these every day and see where I end up after a month. 👍

Loved this read. I recently crossed 10k subscribers. Most my growth came from no direct links. I was in facebook groups & community forums posting stuff. No one allowed links. Grew solely through “credits: The Social Juice newsletter” tagline. This also helped him build organic search for newsletter.
